We Are Legal Revolution, a well established California boutique litigation firm with probate and trust strength, seeks a mid to senior Trust and Estate Associate for its Lake Forest office on a Remote basis. You will handle a mixed docket of trust and probate disputes, lead estate administration work, and draft pleadings and briefs while collaborating with a high-caliber partner team.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PQE, strong research and drafting skills, and CA Bar admission.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in trust and estate matters, including probate or trust litigation and administration.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills with practical problem-solving ability.
• Admission to the California Bar and familiarity with California practice expectations.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mixed docket of trust litigation, probate litigation, and related civil disputes.
• Lead and manage technical estate administration work, including accountings and fiduciary issues.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and court submissions.
• Develop strategies with partners, interface with clients, and appear in California probate and civil courts.
• Take substantive ownership of matters while collaborating with a small, experienced partner team.

We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a well established California boutique litigation firm with recognized probate and trust strength seeking a mid to senior Trust and Estate Associate to join its Lake Forest office on a Remote basis.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid to senior Trust and Estate Associate with:

• At least 5 years of post qualification experience, ideally up to 10 years
• Demonstrated trusts and estates experience, including contentious probate or trust litigation and estate administration
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills with sound, practical problem solving judgment
• Admission to the California Bar and familiarity with California practice expectations
• A stable employment history with extended tenure at prior firms and capacity to be in office 4 days per week
• Competitive base salary up to $200,000 depending on experience
• Approximately 1,750 billable hour expectation supporting sustainable workload
