Base Pay Range

$135,000 - $155,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions, oppositions, and discovery pleadings.

• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Appear for hearings, mediations, and occasional trials in probate and civil court.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years litigation experience (trust & estate or civil litigation preferred).
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $135,000-$155,000 DOE
• Bonuses: Merit-based, tied to billings and collections.
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision; PTO and firm holidays (benefits commence after probation).
• Additional: Two-week sabbatical every December (outside PTO).
• Billable Target: ~1,500 hours annually.
