Job summary

The Agency is seeking a Mid-Level Trusts & Estates Litigation Associate in Orange County, CA. You will handle trusts and estates matters from discovery through trial preparation, with a focus on sophisticated litigation and work-life balance.

The ideal candidate holds a California J.D. and Bar license, 4–7 years of litigation experience, and strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, able to work independently while collaborating on case strategies.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–7 years of litigation experience.
