Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking an Attorney Talent Coordinator to support onboarding and development for attorneys across the Americas. You will report to the Director of Attorney Talent and collaborate with the U.S.-based People team.

Responsibilities include coordinating first-year and lateral integration, managing feedback processes, supporting retention initiatives, and maintaining talent records. Requires 3+ years in law firm talent or HR and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant experience in law firm talent, professional development, recruiting, or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration and onboarding for first-year and lateral attorneys with practice groups and recruiting.
• Support feedback and review processes and six-month post‑hire reviews.
• Assist with retention, mentoring programs, surveys, and associate events planning.
• Run reports and maintain departmental databases and records.
