The role emphasizes strategy, onboarding, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in law firm recruiting, strong communication, and proven ability to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in law firm recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement programs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong technology skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the firm’s summer associate recruiting program and pipeline initiatives.
• Support lateral attorney recruiting and coordinate interview logistics.
• Oversee attorney integration tasks and onboarding readiness.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and integration outcomes.
• Collaborate with Practice Group Chairs and Directors on recruitment strategy.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies.
