Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Coordinator, Legal Talent Management to support the LTM function across U.S. offices. Responsibilities include lateral integration, evaluations and promotions, first-year integration, and mobility.

Travel and some overtime may be required; ideally based in Houston, Dallas, or Austin with periodic office presence. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Legal Talent Management and requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience or 6 years’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of professional work experience, preferably at a law firm or professional services.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 6 years of professional work experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Workday experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with firm lawyers (partners and associates).
• Collaborate with LTM team to connect the lawyer population.
• Assist with year-end evaluation and compensation processes.
• Support lawyer development through integration initiatives.
• Leverage data sources to create monthly reports and dashboards.
• Provide insights to support lawyer retention efforts.
• Coordinate firm-wide programming and events.
• Complete other tasks for the legal talent function.
