Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in Denver is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of associate recruiting and talent initiatives for the Denver office. The role requires coordinating recruiting activities, onboarding, and program support across law schools, OCI events, and summer programs.

The position collaborates with the Recruitment Manager, Western Region, and Denver leadership in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, with a hybrid work schedule

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal or campus recruiting coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with Symplicity and an ATS is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and logistical aspects of legal recruiting.
• Maintain candidate records and tracking.
• Coordinate law school recruiting activities.
• Support OCI events, job fairs and programs.
• Prepare interviewer materials and status updates.
• Assist with onboarding and candidate travel coordination.
• Maintain recruiting data, reports and metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and finance on systems and invoicing.
• Mentor junior coordinators and interns.
