We have an immediate full-time opening for a Consumer Attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience. MUST BE LICENSED IN TEXAS--NO EXCEPTIONS. Federal admission and other bar admissions a plus. Candidate must be experienced in working up cases from inception to trial. Excellent writing and research skills are a must, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Must be familiar with Texas State Court procedures.
