About Us:

Breiter Planet is a solar development and construction company actively pursuing outstanding receivables across Texas. We are seeking a tenacious, results-driven attorney licensed in Texas to help recover unpaid debts from completed solar projects. This role is entirely contingency-based, designed for someone who wants to win, get paid based on performance, and play a key role in helping a growing company become debt-free.

Role Overview:

The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for leading legal efforts to recover funds from delinquent residential clients. This includes demand letters, court filings, lien actions, and enforcement of judgments. You must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar and be able to provide verification prior to starting. This is a remote role, but court appearances and filings in Texas are required when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and send aggressive legal demand letters.
• File small claims, commercial collection suits, and liens.
• Strategize recovery approaches with leadership.
• Make court appearances in Texas when required.

Compensation Structure:

• This is a contingency-only independent contractor role.
• You will be paid directly from funds recovered.
• There is no base pay or retainer for this role.
• You are fully responsible for your own taxes.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar. You must provide verification of licensure.
• Proven experience in collections, litigation, and judgment enforcement.
• Ability to appear in Texas courts as needed.
• Aggressive, disciplined, and results-driven mindset.
