We are seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, specifically related to automobile accidents. This role involves representing the company in legal matters, managing claims, and providing expert legal advice to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with the claims department to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risk, and negotiate settlements. Your role will involve staying current on Texas insurance laws, advising internal teams, and actively participating in mediation, arbitration, and settlement discussions to protect the company’s interests. This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location.
