We have a strong pipeline of exciting, career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across sectors including Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma, and Technology. We are interested in hearing from Contracts Paralegals eager to join us and start their LOD journey.

Overview

• Contract role with an anticipated duration of over 6 months
• Immediate hiring need
• Contract pay starting at $40/hour (DOE)
• 100% remote work

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform initial legal review and redlining of contracts
• Oversee the contract lifecycle from inception to closure
• Ensure administrative processes related to contract review are followed and maintained
• Utilize templates, pre-drafted formats, and contract playbooks to transform requests into completed contracts

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 5 years of experience, ideally from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house roles, with strong legal training
• Be client-centric, commercially minded, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running
• Be trained in contract review and commenting
• Be comfortable using contract templates
