Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably viRecruit.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of candidate information throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate search firm fee agreements and electronic filing.
• Post job descriptions on the firm’s website and other sites.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews for all eight offices.
• Greet candidates and escort to interview rooms in Miami.
• Collect and distribute interview feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain recruiting database and iManage files reflecting active status.
• Support law student recruitment: packets, on-campus interviews, callbacks, offers.
• Register for on-campus events, receptions, and resume collects.
• Extract materials from ATS and circulate to recruiting team.
• Assist with recruiting events and summer associate program planning.
• Schedule interview travel and logistics.
• Process recruiting department invoices.
