Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience coordinating attorney recruiting, law student activities, and events.
• Ability to manage confidential files and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate attorney recruiting interviews and candidate communications.
• Support law student recruiting activities, on-campus interviews, callbacks, offers, and events.
• Maintain recruiting databases, candidate files, and confidential materials.
• Post attorney job descriptions and assist with search firm paperwork.
• Collect feedback, greet candidates onsite, and manage recruiting communications.
• Assist with recruiting events and travel logistics; provide general admin support.
