Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in attorney recruiting or high-volume professional services support.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads, frequent deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional candidate-facing presence.
• Comfort working with recruiting data, reports, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a large volume of attorney interviews across offices and time zones, including scheduling and logistics.
• Serve as primary candidate contact, ensuring timely, high-touch communications.
• Prepare interview materials and collect interviewer feedback under tight deadlines.
• Support student recruitment, OCI, resume collections, and summer program activities.
• Maintain data integrity in candidate records and recruiting trackers.
• Support onboarding logistics and offer processes for lateral hires.
• Produce regular reports on interview volume, pipelines, offers, and metrics.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
