Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in attorney recruiting, legal recruiting coordination, or high-volume professional services support preferred.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage heavy workloads with frequent deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional candidate-facing presence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a large volume of attorney interviews across multiple offices and time zones, including scheduling, calendar management, room reservations, virtual interview logistics, and technology support.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and high-touch communication throughout all stages of the recruiting process.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials, agendas, and candidate information; collect and track interviewer feedback under tight turnaround times.
• Manage rapid rescheduling requests and last-minute changes with discretion, accuracy, efficiency, and composure.
• Provide intensive administrative and logistical support for virtual and on-campus interviews (OCI), resume collections, callback interviews, and law school engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for student candidates and summer associates, ensuring data integrity despite high transaction volume.
• Assist with program evaluations, surveys, and post-season reporting.
• Support lateral associate recruiting by coordinating interviews, managing candidate workflows, and assisting with offer and onboarding logistics.
• Track candidate status, interview outcomes, and offer activity in recruiting systems and trackers.
