Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking a Contract Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume attorney recruiting function across student, lateral, and programmatic initiatives. The role focuses on execution, time management, and delivering a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced professional services environment.

You will coordinate interviews across offices and time zones, manage candidate communications, assist with OCI and summer programs, and maintain recruiting data

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in attorney recruiting or high-volume professional services support.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads with frequent deadlines and competing priorities.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional candidate-facing presence.
• Experience with recruiting data, reports, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a large volume of attorney interviews across offices and time zones, including scheduling and logistics.
• Serve as primary candidate contact with timely, professional communication.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials and collect interviewer feedback.
• Manage rapid rescheduling requests with discretion and accuracy.
• Support OCI, summer program activities, and onboarding logistics.
• Track candidate status, interview outcomes, and offers in recruiting systems.
