Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Manager to lead full lifecycle attorney recruitment, focusing on lateral associates and student recruitment. You will blend data-driven strategy with strong relationship management to build a high-touch candidate experience and robust talent pipelines across the firm.

The role requires 5+ years in attorney recruiting within a national or international law firm, plus 2+ years in people management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of attorney recruiting or talent management in a multi-office setting.
2+ years of people management preferred.
Proven success with high-volume, full-cycle legal recruiting.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle lateral associate recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offers, onboarding.
Lead student recruitment program: OCI calendars, interviewer selection, callbacks.
Develop proactive pipelines and partnerships with hiring partners and leadership.
Maintain relationships with recruiters and ensure quality submissions.
Monitor market trends and translate insights into sourcing strategies.
