Wilson Sonsini is seeking a full-time Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join our Wilmington office. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coordinating all aspects of the recruiting process for summer associate, entry-level, lateral associate and clerkship hiring for our Wilmington office. Candidates will also engage with firmwide initiatives and support as needed. We seek candidates who will work collaboratively with a team, while also handling individual responsibilities and adapting to rapidly changing priorities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for growth potential. The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Attorney Recruiting, Career Development, Professional Development and Diversity Equity, and Inclusion teams, but will also maintain strong relationships with the Wilmington hiring partners and office managers to develop strategies for sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining highly talented and diverse attorneys.

The primary location for this job posting is in Delaware. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: $32.28 - $43.68 per hour.
The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
