Wilson Sonsini is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Specialist to join our New York office. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing and implementing all aspects of the recruiting process for summer associate and entry-level hiring, as well as coordinating integration programs for entry-level and lateral hires for our New York office. We seek candidates who are creative with an entrepreneurial spirit who will work collaboratively with a team, while also handling individual responsibilities and adapting to rapidly changing priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for growth potential. The Attorney Recruiting Specialist will work closely with the Attorney Recruiting, Professional Development and Diversity teams, but will also maintain strong relationships with the New York hiring partners and office managers to develop strategies for sourcing, attracting and hiring highly-talented and diverse attorneys.

The primary location for this job posting is in New York. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: $35.14 - $47.55 per hour.
The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
