Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); viRecruit experience preferred.
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client service skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to identify and manage time-sensitive priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews for lateral attorney candidates across multiple offices.
• Manage candidate scheduling, interview logistics, travel arrangements, and in-person candidate support.
• Post open positions on the firm’s website and other recruiting platforms.
• Maintain recruiting databases, candidate records, and electronic files, including iManage.
• Collect, organize, and distribute interview feedback to appropriate stakeholders.
• Coordinate search firm fee agreements and maintain related documentation.
• Support law student recruiting, including applications, on-campus interviews, callbacks, and offers.
• Coordinate law school recruiting events, networking receptions, and resume collection programs.
• Retrieve and distribute candidate materials from the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with recruiting events and the planning and execution of the summer associate program.
• Process recruiting invoices and provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of candidate and recruiting information.
