Job summary

McClure Harrison, Inc., a boutique legal recruiting firm in New York City, seeks an Attorney Recruiter to help attorneys advance their careers while building lasting relationships with candidates and law firms. Training is provided, with a monthly draw and uncapped commissions.

You will identify top attorney candidates, guide them through the lateral process, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own book of business in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit talented attorneys through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with attorney candidates, providing career guidance through the lateral hiring process.
• Partner with law firm clients to understand hiring needs and identify exceptional candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, resume refinement, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Develop your network and book of business within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

No recruiting experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to build a successful and rewarding recruiting practice.

What You\'ll Do
