We Are Legal Revolution in Houston, TX is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its well established Texas plaintiff trial firm. You will handle a broad personal injury docket, from auto accidents to wrongful death, with direct access to senior trial lawyers and a path to build a credible plaintiff practice.

The ideal candidate has Texas bar admission, experience in personal injury or general litigation at junior to mid level, and a commitment to an in-office, Houston-based role

Qualifications

• Relevant experience handling personal injury or general litigation matters at the junior to mid level.
• Background or strong interest in plaintiff work, including pre litigation and or litigation responsibilities
• Admission to practice law in Texas
• Strong academic foundation, with candidates from top 50 law schools particularly attractive
• A stable employment history and commitment to an in office Houston based role

• Contingency based compensation tied to case resolution and firm fee recovery

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury files involving auto accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, dog bites and wrongful death
• Advance matters through pre litigation investigation, negotiation and litigation stages while protecting client interests
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions and settlement materials and assist with case valuation and strategy
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, insurers and medical providers to drive timely resolutions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and the wider legal team while following structured firm processes
