Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of post qualification experience or strong interest as an entry level attorney.
• Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to become licensed in Texas.
• A law degree and sufficient academic foundation to handle litigation focused responsibilities.
• Ability to commit to approximately 40 hours each week primarily in office with team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support plaintiff side personal injury cases from intake and investigation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions and demand packages in close collaboration with senior litigators.
• Conduct legal research on liability, damages and procedural issues in Texas personal injury matters.
• Communicate with clients, experts, insurers and opposing counsel to advance claims and settlements.
• Work closely with partners in a small team environment and grow toward increasing file ownership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a junior Personal Injury Attorney with:

• 0 to 3 years of post qualification experience or strong interest as an entry level attorney
• Demonstrated interest in plaintiff side personal injury litigation and client advocacy
• Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to become licensed in Texas
• A law degree and sufficient academic foundation to handle litigation focused responsibilities
• Ability to commit to approximately 40 hours each week primarily in office with team orientation
