Responsibilities

• Prepare complaints, pleadings, and litigation documents.
• Draft and respond to written discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions; case preparation for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and litigation support staff.
• Perform additional operational and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

A confidential plaintiff personal injury practice in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to handle sophisticated litigation involving serious injury matters from inception through settlement or trial.

This position offers meaningful responsibility for attorneys who enjoy strategic litigation, direct client interaction, and courtroom advocacy while working alongside an experienced and collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases throughout the litigation process
• Investigate liability, damages, and supporting evidence
• Review and evaluate medical records and treatment
• Maintain ongoing client communication regarding case strategy and progress
• Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements
