Job Description

• Lead all aspects of personal injury litigation from pre‑suit through trial.
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses.
• Develop and execute case strategy, including motion practice and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Serve as first or second chair in trial handling: jury selection, direct/cross examinations, and overall case presentation.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with the litigation team to maintain high standards of advocacy.
