Confidential Employer in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a licensed attorney with 3+ years of personal injury or general liability litigation experience to manage cases from evaluation to trial. Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license and good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury or general liability litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, motions, discovery, and depositions experience.
• Ability to manage a substantial and complex litigation caseload.
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial evaluation through settlement, mediation, and trial.
• Draft and prepare briefs, settlement offers, discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and trial-related motions.
• Take and defend depositions involving clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Interview clients, evaluate case details, identify legal issues, and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Prepare cases for trial through witness interviews, evidence development, investigation, and case organization.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and advocate for their interests throughout litigation.
• Prepare and file complaints, motions, discovery, and other court documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, insurance representatives, and other parties.
• Prepare clients for mediation and settlement conferences while keeping them informed throughout the litigation process.
• Research legal issues and develop persuasive arguments that advance case outcomes.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
