LegalStream is seeking an experienced Attorney Network Performance Manager to oversee a national network of collection law firms. You will drive performance through KPI analysis, strategic action planning, and clear communication with clients and partners across multiple states.

The role requires at least 5 years in litigation recovery, strong knowledge of collections, and a proven track record in improving operational efficiency and recoveries. Remote possibility available.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections litigation or creditors' rights recovery.
• Strong knowledge of legal collections operations, firm performance evaluation, and inventory management.
• Experience managing a multi-state law firm network.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and report performance of law firms across states and clients.
• Analyze KPIs and dashboards to track liquidation results, compliance, and exception handling.
• Lead monthly performance review calls with active firms and align on improvement plans.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to law firms and clients regarding case status and compliance standards.
• Address account concerns, settlement approvals, affidavit processes, and document/media management issues.
• Develop action plans for underperforming firms and track corrective measures.
