Job summary

Newrez is seeking an Attorney Network Manager to drive performance across our attorney firms and foreclosure trustees. You will directly manage Attorney Network Coordinators and collaborate with Corporate Legal/Compliance and External Audit to identify opportunities and enforce GSE compliance.

You will review state legal updates, respond to escalations, and maintain strong relationships with external firms while improving processes and performance across the network. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree or JD a plus.
• 6-8 years related experience.
• Working knowledge of foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Strong analytical and business communication skills.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Experience managing people is a plus.
• Must be flexible to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Up to 20% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor attorney firms and foreclosure trustees to maximize performance.
• Set SMART goals for the Attorney Network Coordinators.
• Oversee special foreclosure program implementations.
• Maintain scorecards and conduct regular performance calls with firms.
• Develop understanding of the Legal Services Agreement and SLAs.
• Review state/regulatory updates and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Corporate Legal/Compliance and External Audit.
• Conduct risk assessments and report findings to executives.
