Job summary

Newrez is seeking an Attorney Network Manager to drive performance across attorney firms and foreclosure trustees within our network. You will directly manage Attorney Network Coordinators and collaborate with Corporate Legal/Compliance, External Audit, and other teams to improve firm placements and performance.

The role involves reviewing state regulations, responding to firm escalations, and ensuring GSE compliance. Travel up to 20% is required, and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree or JD a plus; 6-8 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the network of attorney firms and foreclosure trustees, focusing on maximizing attorney scorecard performance.
• Set SMART goals for the Attorney Network Coordinators and oversee program implementation.
• Oversee monthly scorecards and lead regular performance calls with active firms.
• Develop and maintain understanding of all performance metrics and scorecard methodologies.
• Ensure full compliance with GSE requirements related to firm assignments, transfers and performance.
