Newrez in Houston, TX is seeking an Attorney Network Manager to drive performance of attorney firms and foreclosure trustees within its network. You will directly manage Attorney Network Coordinators, collaborate with Corporate Legal/Compliance, External Audit, and state regulators, and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

This role requires 6-8 years of relevant experience, a law degree preferred, strong analytical and project-management skills, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree or JD a plus.
• 6-8 years related experience.
• Working knowledge of foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Strong analytical and business communication skills.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Experience managing people is a plus.
• Up to 20% travel is required.
• Must be flexible to changing priorities, project scopes, and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mentor the network of attorney firms and foreclosure trustees, with a primary focus on maximizing attorney scorecard performance while maintaining effective partnerships.
• Set SMART goals for the Attorney Network Coordinators and oversee program implementations.
• Oversees the foreclosure and bankruptcy attorney monthly scorecards and holds process and maintains regular performance calls with network of active firms.
• Develops, enhances, implements, and maintains a deep understanding of all performance metrics and scorecard methodologies.
• Maintains oversight over state level demand letter process and semi-annual validation to ensure accuracy.
• Works with Default Operation groups to provide scorecard expertise and guidance on how to handle difficult situations with internal and external customers.
• Collaborates with Corporate Legal/Compliance and External Auditor to formulate risk assessments of law firms and foreclosure trustees.
