Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in law firm attorney recruitment.
• Minimum 3+ years of management experience within an Attorney Hiring Team or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a strategic partner in planning and implementing summer program recruiting and entry-level hiring.
• Manages relationships with Hiring Partners and office leadership; collaborates with external search firms.
• Oversees budget for Attorney Hiring in DC and Chicago offices.
• Represents the firm in diversity and inclusion efforts as part of committees.
• Maintains relationships with law schools, vendors, and peers to support recruiting goals.
• Travel to Chicago quarterly and to Atlanta annually; works on firmwide projects as needed.
