Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3-6 years of substantive commercial real estate finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with commercial real estate loans and mezzanine loans.
• Experience as a key member of deal teams; managing due diligence through closing.
• Exposure to loan origination, securitization, servicing, and workouts/restructuring.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to manage multiple complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, borrowers, and market participants in commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Manage transactions from initial diligence through execution and closing.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documentation.
• Advise clients on securitization, loan acquisitions and dispositions, servicing matters, and restructurings.

Candidate Profile
