Qualifications

  • Bar admission in good standing to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hearings by examining witnesses, clarifying issues, and ruling on motions.
  • Review evidence and prepare adjudications and related documentation.
  • Stay current on laws, regulations, and policies to support accurate decisions.
  • Track and manage cases to ensure timely processing and compliance.
  • Provide procedural guidance to legal staff and assist with pre-hearing conferences.
  • Examine appeal requests for jurisdiction and completeness and prepare related orders.
