Qualifications

• Admitted to and in active standing before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
• Familiarity with PA Rules of Appellate Procedure and PA Rules of Civil/Criminal Procedure.

Responsibilities

• Review docketing statements, motions, opinions, and certified records.
• Research legal and procedural issues on appeal; draft memoranda, opinions, and orders.
• Prepare summaries, recommendations, and draft orders for Motions Panel.
• Work with Judges and chambers to resolve matters involving civil and criminal cases.
