Base Pay Range

$140,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr

Day‑to‑Day

• Litigate high‑stakes commercial contract, shareholder, fiduciary, and class‑action disputes in Georgia state courts and the N.D. Ga
• Draft and argue complex dispositive motions, anti‑SLAPP motions, and temporary restraining orders alongside partners who try 10+ cases per year
• Take depositions of C‑suite executives, expert economists, and forensic accountants across the Southeast
• Coordinate massive e‑discovery and multidisciplinary teams when cases intersect finance, real estate, or technology issues
• Second‑chair (and quickly first‑chair) jury trials and evidentiary hearings in multi‑million‑dollar business litigation
