We Are Legal Revolution, a national litigation practice, seeks an Labor & Employment Defense Attorney to join California offices from Associate to Partner levels. You will represent employers in discrimination, wrongful termination, wage-hour disputes, and related matters, with direct access to partners and opportunities to lead matters and develop your own practice.

NEW IN - Labor & Employment Defense Attorney | California | Up to $225K + Quarterly Bonus

A growing national litigation practice is looking to expand its Labor & Employment defense team across California, with opportunities available from experienced Associate through Senior Attorney, Of Counsel and Partner level.

The firm offers the resources and quality of work associated with a national platform, while maintaining smaller practice teams where attorneys have direct access to senior lawyers, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to develop their own practice.

The Role:

The successful attorney will represent employers and other institutional clients in a range of workplace disputes and employment-related litigation.

The practice can include matters involving:

• Discrimination
• Harassment
• Wrongful termination
• Wage and hour disputes
• Employment-related class and representative actions
• Administrative proceedings
• Workplace investigations
• Employment policies and compliance issues
• Arbitration and mediation

You will be involved throughout the litigation lifecycle, including:

• Drafting pleadings and substantive motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Court appearances and hearings
• Working with witnesses and experts
• Settlement negotiations and mediation
• Trial preparation
• Direct client communication
• Independently managing an active litigation caseload

More senior attorneys will also have opportunities to mentor junior lawyers, develop client relationships and take on greater leadership responsibility.

Salary and Benefits

Base Salary: Approximately $120,000-$225,000, depending on experience, seniority and background.

Quarterly bonus

The firm's annual billable expectation is approximately 1,950 hours.

What They Are Looking For

Ideally, you will have:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Active California Bar admission in good standing

Trial and mediation experience is advantageous but not essential.

The firm is open to considering attorneys from Associate through Partner level. Senior candidates do not need to bring a portable book of business, although existing client relationships are welcomed.
