California | Remote or Hybrid | $165K–$300K+ DOE
A highly regarded, established California law firm is expanding its Labor & Employment practice and seeking talented litigators at the Associate and Counsel levels. This is an opportunity to handle sophisticated California employment matters while joining a platform known for flexibility, accessible partners, strong mentorship and individualized career paths.
The group represents sophisticated employers in matters ranging from FEHA discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims to PAGA, wage-and-hour and class action litigation. Attorneys receive meaningful responsibility for their matters, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, client counseling, hearings and trial preparation.
The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with experience involving FEHA, PAGA, wage-and-hour, class actions and/or single-plaintiff employment litigation. Candidates from either the defense or plaintiff side will be considered.
While experienced L&E litigators are a priority, strong junior candidates with approximately 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience will also be considered for Associate-level opportunities. Junior attorneys can expect substantial mentorship, partner interaction and exposure to both litigation and advice/counseling work.
Senior candidates can bring a broader profile. The firm is open to experienced litigators seeking Counsel or partnership-track growth, including attorneys who want to develop business but do not yet have a significant portable book.
This is an especially compelling opportunity for attorneys who want to maintain sophisticated work and strong compensation while gaining greater flexibility, mentorship and control over their long-term career trajectory.
