Qualifications

• JD and active bar license in the state of residence.
• 4+ years as an associate in transactional law.
• 2+ years in corporate or transactional practice.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice leaders to identify training priorities.
• Design and oversee transactional training curricula across levels.
• Create engaging in-person and digital learning experiences.
• Develop matter simulations to build practical experience.
• Evaluate programs using feedback and performance data.
• Lead needs assessments, focus groups, and surveys with analytics.
• Support onboarding and integration for new attorneys.
• Collaborate to align programs with business priorities and trends.
• Manage and mentor junior professional development staff.
• Stay updated on innovative learning technologies and trends.
