Job summary

Orion Placement seeks a senior professional to lead transactional legal training in a hybrid role across major markets in the United States, including Boston, Chicago, and Miami. You will partner with practice leaders to build curricula that elevate client readiness and practical skills.

The ideal candidate holds a JD and active bar license, with 4+ years as an associate and 2+ years in corporate or transactional law, plus strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice leaders to identify training needs and priorities.
• Design and oversee transactional curricula for different attorney levels.
• Create engaging in-person and digital learning experiences.
• Develop transactional matter simulations to build experience.
• Evaluate programs and feedback to improve initiatives.
• Lead needs assessments, surveys, and learning analytics.
• Support onboarding and integration for new and lateral attorneys.
• Collaborate across teams to align programs with business priorities.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Stay current on learning technologies and trends.
