Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience with subject matter expertise.

• Strong project management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute training strategies for practice groups.
• Design, implement, and manage training programs tailored to business unit needs.
• Lead regular training council meetings and coordinate related initiatives.
• Assess training requirements and create targeted development programs with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and track associate training progress against benchmarks.
• Incorporate legal technology, including AI tools, into training curricula.
• Maintain and update training materials on internal learning platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to identify firmwide training opportunities and efficiencies.
• Conduct regular meetings with practice groups to evaluate and improve training efforts.
