Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree strongly preferred with 5+ years in a large law firm setting.
- Experience in legal staffing, workforce planning, or attorney development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Attorney development: manage day-to-day development, performance, and engagement.
- Onboarding: lead onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the firm’s culture and workflows.
- Resource allocation: align attorney skills with client work and firm priorities; support staffing decisions.
- Strategic advisory: collaborate with Recruiting, Practice Management, and Advisor programs to drive development.
