We Are Legal Revolution, a New Jersey corporate law firm, seeks an Attorney - Corporate Transactions to lead M&A and commercial real estate matters. The role requires drafting and negotiating agreements, structuring deals, and managing client matters with increasing autonomy.

This hybrid position targets 1,600 billable hours annually, offers a base salary of $220,000 with a performance bonus, and a partner-track pathway for the right candidate who has 3+ years of corporate transactional

Attorney - Corporate Transactions | $220K Base | M&A & Commercial Real Estate | New Jersey | 1,600 Billables

The team advises established domestic and international businesses on M&A, financings, commercial real estate, joint ventures, software and licensing agreements and other complex strategic transactions.

The Firm

• Broad Corporate Platform: Advise domestic and international clients on M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, operating and buy-sell agreements, commercial contracts and strategic business matters.
• Strong Real Estate Capability: Work across commercial acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, development and redevelopment matters.

The Role

• Corporate Transactions: Draft, review and negotiate acquisition agreements, commercial contracts, operating agreements, shareholder agreements and other transactional documents.

• Commercial Real Estate: Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and other property-related transactions.
• Client Ownership: Manage existing client matters with increasing autonomy while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and cross-sell services.
• Up to $200K Base + Performance Bonus
