Job summary

AJ Chambers US, a well established New Jersey law firm, seeks a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of transactional experience across M&A, joint ventures and corporate finance. You will lead sophisticated transactions, draft and negotiate agreements, and manage client relationships from Roseland, NJ in a hybrid role.

The position offers a strong compensation package with a competitive base salary in the $190k–$220k range plus discretionary bonuses and benefits, reflecting the candidate's expertise

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate/transactional legal experience
• Strong experience managing and leading M&A transactions
• Experience with joint ventures, including real estate joint ventures
• Experience with equity and debt financing transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation experience across stock and asset purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, and commercial/transactional agreements
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• NJ or NY Bar admission required
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from Roseland, NJ

Corporate Attorney | New Jersey | $190,000–$220,000 + Bonus

AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a well established New Jersey law firm that is looking to add an experienced Corporate Attorney to its growing Corporate Practice Group.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 4+ year attorney with strong transactional experience across M&A, joint ventures and corporate finance. The successful candidate will have significant experience managing and leading sophisticated transactions, alongside strong drafting, negotiation and client facing skills.

Must Haves

• 4+ years of corporate/transactional legal experience
• Strong experience managing and leading M&A transactions
• Experience with joint ventures, including real estate joint ventures
• Experience with equity and debt financing transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation experience across:
• Stock and asset purchase agreements
• Operating and shareholder agreements
• Commercial and transactional agreements
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• NJ or NY Bar admission required
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from Roseland, NJ
