You will draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing and disclosure documents, development agreements, and leases from inception through closing, with extensive client contact and minimal supervision. California licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
