Job summary

Alexander Chapman Ltd in the United States (Florida) seeks a senior commercial real estate attorney to provide strategic guidance on complex transactions, from acquisitions to financing. You will draft and negotiate sophisticated agreements and partner with internal teams to minimize risk and accelerate execution.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active bar membership, and 7–10 years of CRE experience with a proven track record in joint ventures, developments, and large financings.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 7–10 years of commercial real estate legal experience.
• Strong background in sophisticated real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on commercial real estate transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, developments, and financing matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and business risks.
• Support investment, asset management, and operational teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient execution of business objectives.

About the opportunity:

Compensation Range: $300,000 - $400,000 base + Competitive Bonus ($500,000 - $600,000 total comp)
