Taylor Root is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactions Attorney in Charlotte, NC to lead high‑stakes closing work for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

You will draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents, and provide strategic guidance to clients while coordinating due diligence and closings.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of transactional real estate experience and a proven ability to manage complex negotiations with sophisticated clients.

Compensation: $275,000 - $400,000 Base Salary based on experience

Required Experience:

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions and leasing.
• 10+ years of Real Estate Transactional Experience
• Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing.
• Experience with real estate debt or equity matters is a plus
