We Are Legal Revolution in San Francisco partners with a well established national litigation firm seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney for a remote role. You will engage in hands-on civil defense work for insurers and businesses from day one, with supervision from seasoned trial lawyers and ample opportunity to observe courtroom practice.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in litigation, ideally within civil litigation defense
• Experience developing case strategy, advising on risk, and strong legal research and writing skills
• Active admission to the California Bar
• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Experience with depositions or examinations under oath and comfort with a remote in office schedule

Responsibilities

• Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of civil defense matters
• Conduct depositions and examinations under oath and manage written discovery
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other substantive litigation documents
• Appear in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings, delivering clear case and damages presentations
• Maintain proactive client communication while working closely with partners on strategy and case evaluation

The Role

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney with:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in litigation, ideally within civil litigation defense
• Experience developing case strategy, advising on risk, and strong legal research and writing skills
• Active admission to the California Bar

• $120,000 to $180,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
