We offer a competitive compensation package with base salaries from $130,000 to $205,000, plus bonuses up to $70,000+, origination and marketing support for entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California.
• Experience managing all phases of civil litigation.
• Proficient in pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial prep and appeals.
• Strong written and oral advocacy with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil litigation from pleadings to appeals.

We are a growing, well-respected mid-size law firm seeking talented litigation attorneys to join our expanding office in San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on defense matters, gain meaningful experience, and build your practice in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate is admitted to practice in California and has experience managing all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals. Candidates should be proficient in all aspects of the discovery process and have demonstrated experience in drafting a wide range of motions. We are looking for attorneys who are strong advocates, thoughtful problem-solvers, and effective communicators with excellent analytical, writing, organizational, and time-management skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with base salaries ranging from $130,000 to $205,000, depending on experience, expertise, and qualifications, in addition to subjective and non-subjective bonus opportunities which may exceed $70,000 in the aggregate. The firm also offers optional origination bonuses and marketing assistance for entrepreneurial attorneys.
