This is a 100% litigation role designed for an associate who can manage active cases, step into depositions and hearings as needed, and work directly with senior litigators.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience (no more or less).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied litigation activities, including hearings, depositions, and arbitrations.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
