Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
  • Experience handling business disputes, contract litigation, commercial real estate litigation, construction litigation, or other complex civil litigation matters.
  • Looking to gain experience preparing for trial and participating in hearings, depositions, mediations, or trial proceedings.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple litigation matters simultaneously.
  • Desire to develop as a trial attorney within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Litigation Associate Attorney (3–5 Years) Dallas, Texas Our client has an opening for a Litigation Associate Attorney for their highly respected boutique law firm in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful courtroom experience, direct mentorship from experienced trial lawyers, and a long-term career with a collaborative litigation practice. This firm represents businesses, commercial property owners, developers, investors, and other organizations in a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Associates work closely with partners from the outset, receive substantial client interaction, and are encouraged to take ownership of their cases.

Responsibilities
